Terms of engagement
No refunds
All fees — consultations, retainers, packages and success fees — are earned upon receipt and are strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part, for any reason, including cancellation, non-attendance, or termination of the engagement by either party. By remitting payment you acknowledge and accept this policy.
1. Contact
Pineboro LLC does not operate a contact form. All forms of contact shall be by direct mail to pineborollc@gmail.com, or by identifying which service the client is selecting and remitting the associated fee via PayPal.
2. Payment
Fees are remitted at our PayPal payment page. Clients must specify in the payment note which service or services they are booking (for example, “30-Minute Consultation — $250” or “Pillar 02 — Retainer to Secure”). Payments that do not identify a service may delay scheduling until clarified by email.
3. Consultations
The 30-minute consultation is $250, prepaid. Scheduling is confirmed by email after payment is received. Rescheduling is accommodated once with at least 24 hours’ notice; the fee remains non-refundable.
4. Engagements & retainers
Work commences upon receipt of the retainer to secure. Scoped packages are quoted in writing by email. Monthly retainers renew until cancelled in writing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current month and does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid.
5. Confidentiality
Pillar 04 (Valuation & Exit Readiness) uses a separate confidential intake submitted by direct mail. Financial information supplied is held in confidence and used solely for the purpose of the engagement.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Advisory work, valuations and readiness materials are professional opinions and deliverables; they are not a guarantee of sale, valuation outcome, revenue, or placement.
